Viagra

Viagra is the brand name of the medication sildenafil citrate, which is used to treat male erectile dysfunction (ED), also referred to as impotence. In 1998, Viagra became the first medication officially approved for treatment of erectile dysfunction in the United States. It was shown to be successful in 4 out of 5 men. Viagra comes in pills of 50mg or 100mg each with 50mg being the recommended dose for most men. The patient should take the pill at least 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. It lasts 4 hours and can be taken up to three times a day. The success rate of oral ED medications is very high, above 90%; however different people require different dosages to attain optimum results.

STRESS MANAGEMENT AND WELLNESS: TIME MANAGEMENT - FREEING UP TIME FOR WELLNESS - ASSESSING HOW YOU SPEND TIME

As a first step, analyze how you spend your time now. To do this, divide your day into 15-minute segments as shown in Table 4.3. Record what you are doing every 15 minutes. Review this time diary and total the time spent on each activity throughout the day. For example, you might find you spent 3 hours socializing, 4 hours eating meals, 3 hours watching television, 1 hour doing homework, 2 hours shopping, 2 hours listening to music, 6 hours sleeping, and 3 hours on the telephone as shown on the example in Table 4.4. Evaluate your use of time as shown in Table
4.4, and note in the adjustment column that, even though study time is increased by an hour, the other adjustments would free up 6.5 hours a day. That would leave plenty of time to exercise.
A good way to actually make the changes you desire is to draw up a contract with yourself that includes a reward for being successful. Refer to chapter 3 for the most effective way to develop such a contract.
